Avaire is a modular, floating porcelain tile flooring system designed to enable the installer to achieve professional results quickly and cost effectively. Each Avaire tile consists of a High Quality Porcelain Tile permanently bonded to an Interlocking Tray with a Rubberized Base.

Advantages of Porcelain
Porcelain is made with special clays and minerals that are kiln-fired at temperatures exceeding 2400 degrees Fahrenheit which makes porcelain harder, denser and stronger
than other tile products. It's also frost-proof and highly stain-, scratch-, and water-resistant.
- Porcelain performs better—rated for heavy traffic areas (Class 4 and 5)
- Higher break strength—contains less clay and more feldspar (a mineral) and is pressed at a higher temp so it's actually harder than granite!
- Less water absorption means less staining and easier maintenance
