Avaire^® Commercial Suitable Applications

The Avaire^® Commercial Flooring System is suitable for most commercial applications including rooms or structures in challenging environments. However, the system would not be appropriate for areas prone to high moisture or areas where standing water could be present like shower rooms or saunas.

As long as the flooring surface is flat within tolerance 1/4" in 10' (1/8" in 6'), there is no additional floor preparation needed. The system can be installed over most hard flooring surfaces without the need for underlayment or thinset, including plywood, VCT or vinyl, hardwood,ceramic and concrete, cement board or particle board.
