Grout repairs

We grouted out front foyer (first time ever grouting) and there are a few imperfections, bumps and dips, some rough spots. Is there any way to smooth out the rough spots and bumps once it has dried??

Sounds like for a first time grouting you did a pretty good job!
Most of the time touching up the grout is a simple as grouting over the areas that need some attention, Avaire flexible grout can be touched up without any preperation because it will adhere to itself. If any areas are high then you should be able cut cut them out with a utility knife or a small grout saw available at any home center.
