Can flex-grout be used with traditional tiles? if so are there any application differences?

Yes, Avaire Flexible Grout can be used with traditional glazed porcelain tile floors.

The application process is essentially the same - be sure to clean as you apply. Apply only about 5-8 sf, and then wipe with clean water.

Unlike portland cement based grouts the residue left on the tile will be shiny not dull and hazy. A product like Krud Kutter will clean any residue left on the tile after it's dried.
