Moisture or sound barrier

Does Avaire tiles need a sound or moisture barrier?

Avaire flooring doesn't need either. It has an IIC rating of (I believe) 58. Moisture won't harm Avaire flooring but if you're installing it in a wet area, like a bathroom floor, then you will want to fill the perimeter with a sealant to prevent water getting under the tile.

doing bathroom floor after tile down and quarter around can i seal around that to block moisture getting under floor or where should i seal it
