Can this avaire tile be laid directly on 3/4 tongue and groove plywood? Or do we have to lay down more plywood? This is in a new build.

Avaire tile can be laid directly on 3/4" T&G plywood. Just make sure the floor is flat (no ridges) which is usually not an issue with new construction.
