Thank you for sharing your positive feedback! Joe is a tremendous resource for our team and for our customers. While he obviously can't visit every installation personally, he is available to advise customers as they plan and execute their Avaire installations.

We're delighted to hear you are happy with the results!

new floor

I installed an Avaire floor a week ago in my kitchen/dining area and it turned out looking like a professional install. The area was about 175 square feet. The job took 3 days: 1 day to remove a vinyl floor and underlayment in order to match the dining area floor height. It required planing down a 3 X 4 foot area about a quarter inch. After that it was all gravy. The laying and grouting went very well for me. Joe Fuller was invaluable in answering my questions and helped the job go very well. I live very close to Avaire headquarters and Joe came by and answered all my questions when he learned how close I lived to the office. I couldn't be happier with the results.
Thanks for the great service and a great product.
