I would suggest buying a better blade. You can't expect much from the blades that come with some of those inexpensive saws.

I purchased a cheap ($70) PowerMaster Pus wet saw with diamond blade from Menards and it works great. It cuts through the tile and plastic in one pass.

Tile saws made by Dewalt,Felker,MK,Target,QEP,Ridgid and others had performed fantastic for cutting Avaire tile. Any of these saws with a blade designed to cut porcelain tile will cut Avaire tile in a single pass without the need to cut the tray seperatly.
Most saws have a depth adjustment, check to see if the blade is adjusted down far enough to cut completly through the tile and tray.
If you are still having problems let us know what type of saw you're using and we may be able to offer suggestions.

What is the easiest way to cut theses tiles? I have been using a wet saw as recommended but it is not cutting the plastic , I have to use two saws one for the ceramic and one for the plastic. Is there an easier way?
