"Flange Extensions" do exist and are available at the Home Centers.

Alternatively extra tall wax seals (rings) are also available. Use the wax seal that has the funnel made into it.

It is also possible to stack two wax seals for additional height. One with the funnel and the second without the funnel.

Don't forget longer flange bolts will also likely be required.

Do I need to use an extension devise to replace the current toliet flange??? I understand there are flanges with a longer neck and I was also told there is some kind of flange extension that can be purchased....

I'm glad you were able to find the answer to your question in the FAQ section of the website.

Using a silicon sealant or a color match caulk is perfered over grouting directly to the tub or shower base.

It provides a more flexible joint and it protects agaist moisture.

AFTR FURTHER REVIEW IN FAQ I FOUND MY ANSWER TO MY TOILET
FLANGE QUESTION ON USING AN ANGLE GRIDNER. SWITCHED OUT MY TILES AND GROUTED ALL OK. ALSO ABOUT FRONT OF SHOWER PUT IN SILLICONE SEALER INSTEAD OF GROUT BETWEEN TILES AND SHOWER SIDE, SAME AS TUB?
