Cutting hole in tile
Author: Doug B
Date: 5/24/2008 12:38 am EDT The layout of the tile in my powder room is such that the drain hole for the toilet lands in the middle of the tile. How do I cut a nice hole in the middle of the tile to accomodate the drain? |

Date: 5/24/2008 7:43 pm EDT The hole doesn't really have to be "nice". As long as the cuts don't exceed the limits of the fixtures footprint the cut doesn't have to be pretty. Depending on which type of wetsaw you are using you can make a series of "plunge cuts" to cut away the necessary tile. |
