Can you set tile over parque flooring?

How do you handle the difference in heights at the transition from tile to hard wood flooring?

That's one of the beauties of Avaire tile. As long as the existing floor meets the necessary criteria for flatness you should be able to install it over the existing floor without any issues.

The differences in heights at the transitions can be handled in several ways. There are transitions available at home centers and lumber yards. Just depends on your variance as to what will work best for you.
