Just wondering if you can (or if you should) secure avaire in the doorways.I have 2 bathrooms i am concidering doing. 1 has a thin loop carpet and the outher i am butting up to a hardwood floor . Can i use a construction or some type of glue to make sure the tile in the door ways don't move up and down. Thanks for your advice.

You can glue down the front edge with a construction adhesive, or use a transition that fastens to the floor.
