Popping Noise
 

I had the 12" tile installed in my bathroom and the 18" installed in my kitchen. Everything seems to be going well except for one tile in the bathroom. When I step on it, it makes a "popping" sound like there is a crack being made. It happens on a tile that is second from the wall. It makes the noise every time I step on it. Any solution?

I could be a few things. A popping or creaking noise usually indicates there's some movement. If it's minor, when it's grouted the noise will stop. If there's a lot of movement,then you will want to remove a few tiles and do some leveling to reduce the amount of movement and potential tile and grout cracking down the road.
