Ease of Installation

Hi,

We just installed Avaire tile in our kitchen over a vinyl sheet flooring. It was every bit as easy as the video stated. We did have to do a lot of extra cutting because of recessed areas for the refrigerator and stove as well as a closet and patio and garage entry doorway which did result in a little more work. As a result, it did take us longer then 1-2 days as stated. But the tile layout (staggered)and grouting were super simple. Our friends cannot believe that we did it ourselves with such great results.

You definitely need to use a wet saw and a sharp blade makes the cutting much easier. If we could do it, anyone can!
