Floor Trim

I bought the Avaire Tile and am about to tile my bathroom. My question is do I put the floor trim or wall trim on the walls first or after I install the tile floor or would that just be my preference. Thank you

Ron typically your baseboard trim is installed after and on top of the tile. You should leave about a 1/4" gap at the walls for expansion of the tile installation. The baseboard then covers that 1/4" gap. Nowhere should the tile actually come in contact with other improvements in the room.

Thank you, I thought so but as I was watching the installation video on this site it showed them installing it up to the baseboard and then using quarter round to finish it. Just wanted to make sure. Thanks again,.

The technique in the video is an option but some people just don't like the (layering) look of the 1/4 round or shoe molding on top of the baseboard.

Truth is....removing the baseboard can sometimes cause issues also so it's up to you (since you are there) what the best option would be.
