Avaire tile on outdoor patio

Will Avaire tile work outside? Are there issues related to its use out doors in a moderate (Seattle) climate?

We have not fully tested Avaire tile in outdoor applications. Seattle's climate would likely be OK from a temperature perspective, but the with the wet climate, I'd want to make sure the floor was sealed against moisture seeping underneath. It wouldn't necessarily harm the Avaire tile, but I'd be concerned about possible mold or mildew that could develop under the tile if repeatedly exposed to moisture.
