Cutting around a register

I am going to install my first Avaire floor in one of my bathrooms this weekend and have a question about the best way to cut the tile. I need to cut a "U" in the tile for it to fit around my register and wondering what is the best way to do this? I am picking up a wet saw tomorrow to do the straight cuts but a bit perplexed about how to get around this register???

any help would be appreciated, very new at this...

Depending on the type of wet saw you have, "U" cuts can be made with just the saw. When you mark the area to be cut make a series of cuts about 1/2" apart then you should be able to just snap the tiles and cut the remaining tray with a utility knife,or an angle grinder with a diamond blade works great.Let me know if this makes sense!

Seems to make sense. I guess it will make more sense when I see the saw.
