Date: 3/19/2008 2:29 pm EDT How high is the grout actually supposed to be? We just completed a small bathroom with the Moss colored tile and you can see a thin, light colored line around the edge of each tile as the grout line is just below the top of the tiles. I wasn’t sure if this was normal, or if we need to go over it again and get the grout line flush with the top of the tiles. Thanks in advance. |

Date: 3/19/2008 2:50 pm EDT The ideal height of the grout line would be just at or slightly below the micro-bevel which looks like a light colored line around the Moss tile. Normally, you wouldn't want the grout line all the way to the top surface of the tile, but that is a "personal taste" question. From your description, it sounds like your application is normal. We'd love to include your floor in our new gallery of floors. Please send us a picture if you'd like to show off your floor! You can send email to matt.lessman@avairefloors.com |

Date: 4/11/2008 12:17 am EDT You'll generally want to stay off a freshly grouted floor for 24 hours. Keep to light foot-traffic from 24-72 hours. Avoid heavy cleaning/scrubbing for the first week. |

Date: 4/12/2008 9:32 am EDT I watched the video, and it said you could put appliances back "immediately", but light foot traffic for 24 hours? How soon can I use my 2 wheeler to put the appliances back; they don't have wheels like in the video. |
