Default flooring over concrete and under a woodburning stove

We are thinking of installing this product in our cabin in Canada. How will it handle cold winters?.... This will be placed over a concrete slab in a log cabin. It's purpose is for an entryway and under a woodburning stove. Would any insulation be needed under the tiles? Would a burning stove be safe on it?
