Avaire tile to existing tile floor

Hi,

I understand this can be applied to HW, Concrete etc.. however there is no mention of existing ceramic tile. Is this possible given the floor is not to far out?

Also, this may be a silly question. However may it be installed on Bathroom walls ontop of existing tile?
