Glue on tiles

HELP ASAP!! We're almost ready to grout. HOW do I get rid of the glue on the face of tiles (after removing papers placed between tiles for packing)? There are blobs smeared all over & the usual adhesive removers, such as "Goo-Gone" do not work.
