Ordering Avaire and Samples

I am going to install tile in a room and hall requiring 400 square feet but do not live near a distributor. I would like to use your avaire tile. How do I purchase through your consumer direct program? How much would this size purchase cost for the tile and flex-grout? Do you offer any small color samples so someone can see what the actual tile looks like? Thanks in advance for the info.
