Grout haze

Date: 10/27/2008 6:36 pm EDT We installed the tiles, and put the grout, cleaning as we went. There is a remaining haze and some rough spots. What can we use to get it up? The flooring mgr at the store where we purchased the product said they carried a cleaner to take it up, but the instructions state not to use anything on it for 7 days, so we did not purchase the cleaner. Please advise.
